Girl education in India is vital for promoting gender equality and improving health outcomes. Educated girls make informed health choices, marry later, and have healthier families. This enhances maternal and child health and drives economic growth, ultimately benefiting communities and fostering sustainable development across the nation.
Her name is Minakshi and she is the elder child of her parents. She has two brothers and the middle brother has a hole in his heart. and he is on medication.
Her mother is a maid-servant and her father works in a barber shop but doesn't support his family. He doesn't help with finances and drinks a lot and he gambled away most of his money.
Only her mother works and earns as a maid-servant but it is difficult to maintain everything. She wants her kids to become educated and responsible citizens. Though she has never been to school and her parents married her at a very young age as happens in every village in India. But her mother wants to give her daughter a very good education so that she cannot suffer like her in the future. And she also promises that she will not marry her daughter until she turns 21.
She wants her daughter to study in a private school as government schools don't have such facilities as we already know very well the condition of government schools. She is fragile and needs good nutrition food.
So we humbly request everyone to come forward and help our dear Minakshi to complete her education and become a responsible citizen who could bring changes in society.
